The Fully Automatic OPP Positioning Chopsticks Packaging Machine of A'bao Bamboo & Wood Machinery integrates high-speed packaging, stable operation, regular patterns and automatic bagging.It runs at a speed of 500–550 pairs per minute (300–350 pairs per minute without a waste sorting machine), and can automatically pack 10–100 pairs of chopsticks into small pouches. It is the key supporting equipment in the packaging section of the chopstick production line.

Function
① The Fully Automatic OPP Positioning Chopsticks Packaging Machine of A'bao Bamboo & Wood Machinery features high packaging speed and stable operation. The packaging pattern is regular and attractive, effectively improving the appearance and quality of finished chopsticks.
② After single-pair packaging is completed, the machine can automatically put the packaged chopsticks of a set quantity into small pouches, realizing continuous and automatic packaging operation and greatly improving production efficiency.
③ The packaging speed can reach 500–550 pairs per minute (300–350 pairs per minute is recommended without a waste sorting machine). One machine can complete packaging of 10–100 pairs per bag, with strong adaptability to meet different packaging quantity requirements.
